How do I start?
My name is Ty Thomas.
I’ve been leading teams for over 30 years — in nonprofits, international work, and business. I’ve hired the wrong people, fired the right ones, and nearly burned out trying to fix it all. I’ve seen dysfunction from every angle: the lack of trust, the unspoken conflict, the people in the wrong seat doing the wrong work — and I’ve lived the frustration that comes with it.
